‘Legacies’ 3×11 Photos: “You Can’t Run From Who You Are”

Legacies returns from yet another hiatus this week with Season 3 Episode 11, “You Can’t Run From Who You Are.” This is an apt title for the episode, especially if you’ve seen the promo video. Dark Josie is back somehow, which conveniently coincides with Josie’s overarching goal to push away the magical sides of herself. While this is exciting because we’ll get to see Kaylee Bryant lean into that darker role, it’s a tad unnerving. Like Josie says, she destroyed Dark Josie with an axe. But maybe that didn’t stick?

Then again, Dark Josie responds with, “Deep down, you must want to hear what I have to say.” That line could be the biggest sign that Dark Josie isn’t actually sitting in the same room as Josie, rather than a mental representation of an internal dialogue. Either way, we are looking forward to seeing how it resolves. Meanwhile, Cleo must be doing her best as being a muse since it sends Hope and Landon on a new mission. Hopefully, this means that Legacies will start to delve into what it means to be a muse. The TVD Universe loves its mythology, after all.
