Robert Langdon is the gift that keeps on giving – or something. The character, famously portrayed by Tom Hanks in the big screen version, is now coming to Peacock, with a new series, new performer and possibly more adventures?
I say that as a hypothetical because I’m being nice, but we all know we’re likely getting a lot more of this. Which, eh …*looks around* good for fans, I guess?
Here’s the synopsis for the upcoming series, which will release it’s first episode on September 16th, and will then release episodes weekly (on Thursdays) after that.
Based on Dan Brown’s international bestselling thriller “The Lost Symbol,” the series follows the early adventures of young Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon, who must solve a series of deadly puzzles to save his kidnapped mentor and thwart a chilling global conspiracy.
