What would you do if your life was turned upside down because of a trip? An accusation? A missing son? That’s what happens to five ordinary people who are accused of kidnapping the son of U.S. media mogul during a trip on Apple TV’s newest show Suspicion. All thriller with a healthy serving of mystery, it breaks down what you think you know about people and if you can trust those around you, who are unfortunately stuck in the same situation.
Fangirlish got a chance to talk to three of the people who had their worlds torn apart by those trying to figure out who kidnapped this young man. Elizabeth Henstridge, best known for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., plays Tara McAllister. She is joined by Kunal Nayyar, best known for The Big Bang Theory, who plays Aadesh Chopra. And rounding it off, at least for this interview, is Tom Rhys Harries. He is best known for White Lines and plays Eddie Walker.
For Henstidge and Nayyar, they’ve got huge shows and fandoms that have supported them. Basically, they’re well known and we made sure to ask them how it was stepping away from the unknown. And Harries, we wanted to know what it was like playing a “bad guy” in the eyes of the world but also not knowing what is actually going on at the same time.
