‘Legacies’ 4×11 Photos: “Follow the Sound of My Voice”

“If we see a clown, I’m out of here.” Lizzie Saltzman speaks directly to my soul with the line that closes out the promo for Legacies 4×11, “Follow the Sound of My Voice.”

When everyone starts losing control, things get creepy at the Salvatore School (and at a carnival, not a circus). Apparently, it’s like everyone takes a truth serum because no one is holding anything back. Now that Ben’s powerful monster-calling blood is under control, I’m curious to see what’s causing such a reaction.

Hopefully, Cleo can get to the bottom of it because she continues to prove she has a knack for Super Squad missions. Speaking of, MG and Kaleb go on one of their very own during “Follow the Sound of My Voice.” Honestly, it’ll be good to see those two together again. Chris Lee and Quincy Fouse work so well together!

Because of all of this, probably, Jed reveals a secret. Could it be his crush on Ben? Come on, we all saw the way those two looked at each other on Legacies 4×10, “The Story of My Life.” Either way, we’re invested even if we don’t know all that much about Ben yet.

Plus, the theme of control (losing it, gaining it, finding it, reclaiming it) is perfect for the characters this season and always, really. It fits together with Lizzie’s story as a newbie Heretic perfectly. Not to mention, it makes Hizzie being stuck together have so much potential for really emotional and hilarious beats.

CONTROL – Hope and Lizzie find themselves at a carnival with an unusual cast of characters. Back at the Salvatore School, students are speaking their minds, without knowing why, which makes Jed reveal a secret and Cleo works on protecting one of their own. Meanwhile, Kaleb and MG set out on a mission, which does not go as planned. Also starring Matthew Davis, Aria Shahghasemi, and Leo Howard.
