We’re sad, but not surprised. Ordinary Joe has been cancelled. It was a great show and had great potential, but the last few episodes of the season fell off. It felt as if they started doing things more for dramatic effect than actual storyline.
If you aren’t familiar with Ordinary Joe it told the story of Joe Kimbreau and three different timelines of his life that would have happened, based on what he chose. The show did a great job at making the timelines understandable despite the way that the would randomly switch from one Joe to another.
“Just got official word that there will be no season two of #OrdinaryJoe,” tweeted co-creator Garrett Lerner tweeted. “Couldn’t be more proud of the writers, actors, the directors and the uber talented craftsmen and women who all came together as a family and made a truly beautiful show. Thank you all.”
