We’ve watched a lot of TV that we wouldn’t normally watch during the pandemic, and one of those things we’ve watched has been The Voice. It’s actually quite entertaining. The singers, the coaches, and well, just everyone involved is entertaining.
And don’t get us started about how hard we cry when we see families excited for their loved ones. That’s a whole different story.
Singer Gwen Stefani was a coach back in 2014, stepped back to be an advisor, and then came back in 2019. Stefani then took a step back for season 10 and then returned to coach status for season 12.
After season 12, Stefani took a longer break, but returned again as a coach in seasons 17 and 19. And now she’s coming back for season 22.
She announced her return via TikTok with the help of Blake Shelton and John Legend.
“Duet this if you’re going to be a coach on #TheVoice this fall,” she wrote on her post.
We’re excited for her return and can’t wait for the new season. Team Gwen is back!
