The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power continues the hype machine with some gorgeous covers in Empire Magazine. These collectible covers come in three; covering the elves, dwarves, and Harfoots. First up is Morfydd Clark‘s Galadriel. She’s seen sitting down, staring down at the camera while in full armor and holding a weapon in her hand. Clearly, she’s ready for battle.
Next up are the royalty of the show aka the dwarves. Owain Arthur and Sophia Nomvete star as Prince Durin IV and Princess Disa. They are the rulers of Khazad-dûm and their wealth and opulence can be seen in the thrones they are sitting in. And lastly are the Harfoots, the ancestors of the Hobbits with Megan Richards‘ as Poppy Proudfellow, Markella Kavenagh as Elanor ‘Nori’ Brandyfoot, and Lenny Henry as Sadoc Burrows.
And lastly, as a special exclusive for July is some concept art from John Howe. It features a fearsome snow-troll in blue. Together they form a set of covers that any The Rings of Power fan would be happy to get their hands on. All covers will be available on June 9, 2022.
