Warrior Nun has gifted us with a first look teaser trailer for season 2 and it is a thing of beauty. Not only does it take us back to the world full of badass nuns. It also teases what’s to come for Ava/Beatrice. Seriously, we just rewatched the first season and the queer vibes were there between these two. Season 2 seems to be exploring that with them dancing and Ava looking at her like she’s the sun. And then another scene where they’re hugging.
Adriel is about to cause a bunch of problems for Ava, Beatrice, Lilith, Mary, and Camila. And from the brief glimpses we’ve seen, he’s going to gain a foothold and followers in our world. That will enable him to hunt down our favorites and make things more dangerous for them as he tries to get his hands back on the halo. But honestly, we just care about what is going on with Lilith. She’s definitely coming into her own powers after being in “Hell.” But what was growing on her shoulder?!
Will she be ok?
Will Adriel get his ass handed to him?
And will Ava/Beatrice actually happen?
