Orpah: First Kill returns to the world of Esther, this time just as creepy as the first time around. They take their grief and channel it into love by adopting a 9-year-old girl named Esther, played by the ever-creepy and talented Isabelle Fuhrman. As they get to know the child, they realize something is very wrong with her. And when you find out the twist…oh you’re in for a surprise!
