I am convinced that in this commercial Keleigh Teller is on hold with Delta, because though I love them very much and exclusively fly them, Delta likes to keep people on hold forever. I’ve been kept on hold upwards of three hours with them before.
With the Super Bowl comes a lot of commercials and I have to admit that the Bud Light commercial has me thinking that I have been experiencing hold times with the wrong attitude. Sure, I don’t drink beer, but if Miles Teller wanted to offer me a Bud Light, I’d take it.
Then again, he’s married, so I have to rethink that. But will I rethink a dance parties.
Things that I normally do when on hold – they are boring. It’s the time that I clean the toilet or the dishes (never both because I am not cray and am a germaphobe). I don’t ever dance. But should I do just that? Sure. Granted I look like Elaine from Seinfeld when dancing so it’s not a good thing, but I am willing to try.
What I am sold on is that Miles and Keleigh Teller love each other and you can see it in their eyes.
Granted, I am supposed to be sold on Bud Light, but what I am more sold on in this commercial is that I am doing waiting on hold wrong and that if you can’t find a partner that makes even times like this fun, you’re missing out.
Therefore my eternal single spinster life is accepting the fact that solo dance parties are what I should be doing to enjoy some hold time and if it’s okay, I’ll just be drinking water.
Bud Light isn’t for everyone and it’s definitely not sold to me by this commercial.
You are absolutely right-most of us are sold on the fact that they are married to one another. By the way, she has a great voice and he is a good dancer!!
