We watch a lot of TV! In case all the reviews, interviews, news, and features didn’t give you a clue (wink, wink), we’ve decided to come together once a week to highlight all those great moments that our favorite shows give us throughout the week. On these Fangirlish Feels of the Week, there are five categories and many thoughts! Ready?
Here we go!
Badass Character of the Week

Raquel: Brianna from Outlander. It’s not easy to leave all of your home and much of your heart behind to protect your family. And she did it, even though it’s killing her.
Erin: Rewatched Based on a True Story & Kaley Cuoco’s character of Ava, is BADASS. She knows that people want and isn’t afraid to go there. Her obsession with true crime, but her ability to narrow down and find a killer, and sometimes stay a step ahead. LIVING FOR IT
Shana: Neera Ketoul in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Brilliant, badass civil rights lawyer. Just…I am in love with her; I need more of her. And I’m even obsessed with her walk??? If Harvey Specter (Suits) was the best closer in the city (he was), then Neera Ketoul is basically the best closer in the universe.
She is every single TV lawyer we love, all wrapped up into one. And best of all, she helped Starfleet see that maybe — just maybe — they still have a longer way to go toward true equality than they thought. But they can get there, because she helped show them the way. (Did I mention I’m obsessed?)
OTP of the Week

Rachel: POLIN!!!! Penelope and Colin from Netflix’s Bridgerton has always been an OTP for me, but this week, we got the first stills from their season! AND THEY LOOK GORGEOUS! I have been vocal about my distaste for Shondaland’s writing but at least Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton have been perfectly cast. That still with them staring at each other in the doorway? Pure chemistry.
Raquel: I’m with Rachel on this! Polin’s first look in Bridgerton season 3 is everything I dreamed of and more! I have a few theories to share about the photos we saw at TUDUM but they are pure fire, pure longing, pure passion, and pure love. I can’t wait to see them in action!
Also, I’m going to add Jamie and Claire from Outlander because they are amazing and nothing else will ever tear them apart.
Erin: Yes, I am on my Hallmark shit, and so Rebecca and Adam from The Wedding Contract. I watched it late, so missed reviewing it. But these two were pure joy! Loved every second with them. I love the movies during June Weddings. I love movies that also show the complexities of families and this one definitely did. But love also prevails.
Moment that made you collapse into a puddle of FEELS

Raquel: I don’t want to give too many details for those who haven’t watched it yet, but Outlander 7×02 entire episode. Especially Jamie’s scenes with Brianna and Lord John.
Shana: Can I just say the entire Star Trek: Strange New Worlds episode or…?
Erin: Weddings… weddings… weddings. I mean, I don’t ever want to be involved in one or married, but i love watching them on the Hallmark! So watch this weeks movie and rejoice in the love that is… (talking the one airing tonight on Hallmark)
Quote of the Week

Raquel: “We’ve lost a great many between us.” – Claire, Outlander.
Rachel: “Please don’t fuck with Turner Classic Movies.”- Ryan Reynolds on Twitter after news of layoffs at the network. (Listen to him, Warner Bros Discovery!)
Shana: Since I already cheated above, I’ll go with a different show: “…everything is a story, and we’re the ones who get to decide how it ends.” – Victor to Ethan in FROM 2×09.
Ashley W.: “I know a bunch of good-looking Skrull. And you ain’t one of them.” – Nick Fury, Secret Invasion episode 1: “Resurrection.”
Erin: “Flash forward two weeks and we’ll be taking on the world together with #SpeakNowTaylorsVersion” – TaylorNation on Twitter, because why not. #Swiftie4Life
Lizzie: “Imagine a world where information can’t be trusted. Not very hard, is it? News service says one thing, website says another. Society starts to fray. All we can turn to are the people we care about. But what if those people weren’t who we thought they were? What if the ones closest to us, the ones we’ve trusted our whole lives… …were someone else entirely? What if they weren’t even human?” – Secret Invasion Episode 1, “Resurrection.”
WTF Moment of the Week

Raquel: The moment when Netflix Portugal social media accounts revealed THAT news and then deleted all posts. As if they were going to disappear…
Rachel: Without fully spoiling, I know we’re probably all thinking the same answer: that death at the end of the first episode of Secret Invasion. WTF WAS THAT??? Marvel has a problem with killing its female characters in support of stories focused on male characters. Isn’t that called fridging? And it’s not OK. That character definitely deserved better.
Ashley W.: The end of Secret Invasion episode 1 was a literal jaw-dropping moment for me. For months, I’d jokingly been saying I’m just as scared for Secret Invasion as I am excited for it, but that ending made it so that my fear is no longer a joke—it is very real now!
Lizzie: I’m with everyone on the Secret Invasion ending. But also, the AI credits. What was that? And also, did they only do it so we would forget about them fridging another woman? I wouldn’t put it past them.
