There is nothing that we love more than hearing about celebrity roommates. Well, okay, there are a lot of things we love more, but in attempt to be nice and also a slow news day, we’re pulling from the depths of our souls to give a f*ck about things we normally may not.
That counts for effort, right?
Aubrey Plaza has been in New York City for a stint on Broadway. She’s in New York to star in the play Danny and the Deep Blue Sea. So, did she rent an apartment? The answer to that is no. The actress has a Broadway aficionado as her roommate.
See, the actress moved in with Broadway great Patti Lupone. In an interview with Vulture the actress said that she moved in with her Agatha: Darkhold Diaries co-star, saying that Lupone insisted.
“She insisted.” Aubrey said, “She’s trying to whip me into shape.”
Even when Aubrey got sick right before the oprning and Plaza was like why, Lupone told her that it was because, “It’s happening because you have to toughen up.”
We love that. Solid advice. Also though, it’s New York and well, you can pretty much count on getting sick.
