There are never enough podcasts about women, sports, or women in sports. iHeartMedia is adding to the ever-growing market with the weekly podcast Levels To This with Sheryl Swoopes and Terrika Foster-Brasby. Hosted by three-time WNBA MVP and Women’s Basketball Hall of Famer Sheryl Swoopes and sports journalist Terrika Foster-Brasby (Tee), this podcast is the latest addition to iHeartMedia’s Women’s Sports Audio Network, the first-ever audio platform dedicated exclusively to women’s sports.
Levels To This with Sheryl Swoopes and Terrika Foster-Brasby launches on Thursday, October 10, on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard. The trailer is already available to listen to at iHeartPodcasts.
During this, Swoopes says the duo wants “to share those stories about balancing work and relationships, motherhood, career shifts, and, you know, just all that women go through.” Foster-Brasby promises the podcasts will feature “women having real conversations” as the duo talks to athletes, coaches, media personalities, entertainers, working moms, and more. “Swoopes and Tee know first-hand there are levels to the sh*t women go through and have no problem going there,” per the podcast’s description.
After all, Sheryl Swoopes was one of the first players signed to the WNBA when the women’s professional basketball league launched in 1996. During her career in the WNBA, Swoopes was named MVP three times – 2000, 2002, and 2005 – and won four straight championships as a member of the Houston Comets. At the 2011 WNBA All-Star Game, she was commemorated as one of the 15 greatest players in the league’s history. Swoopes won three Olympic gold medals and one FIBA World Championship gold medal during her time with USA Basketball. And those are only a few of Swoopes’s many accolades!
Though the WNBA and NCAA basketball are her passions, Terrika Foster-Brasby has covered stories within the NBA, NFL, and MLB. She has bylines with espnW, Andscape, The New York Times, Fansided, WSlam Magazine, and more. Beginning her media career in 2013, she quickly rose in the digital space, and by December 2014, Foster-Brasby became the digital audio editor at ESPN. There, she became the co-host and co-creator of ESPN’s WNBA show, Around the Rim, alongside acclaimed women’s basketball analyst LaChina Robinson.

Terrika Foster-Brasby is a sideline reporter for the Connecticut Sun and basketball analyst for CBS Sports HQ and works in-studio during college basketball season for CBS Sports Network’s Inside College Basketball.
Both women bring all that experience and knowledge to Levels To This with Sheryl Swoopes and Terrika Foster-Brasby. Their excitement for the project is palpable in the short and sweet trailer. This podcast joins iHeartMedia’s Women’s Sports Audio Network, which includes Good Game with Sarah Spain.
Just recently, ESPN+ announced Futbol W, a new one-hour program about women’s soccer hosted by Ali Krieger and Sebastian Salazar. In the audio space, A Touch More and the Vox Media Podcast Network announced the weekly podcast A Touch More with Sue Bird & Megan Rapinoe. That women’s sports podcast breaks down all the headlines from their perspectives as athletes, highlighting the intersection of sports and pop culture. So, Levels To This with Sheryl Swoopes and Terrika Foster-Brasby joins an evergreen desire to hear and learn more about the women’s game – from soccer to basketball and beyond.
