NCIS: Origins Season 1, Episode 4 ‘All’s Not Lost’ sees the team tackle a missing girl case, and we’re not saying this is probably going to hit too close to home for Gibbs, but we do remember he didn’t pass his psych eval like two seconds ago and he hasn’t exactly been a pillar of control so far in the show, right? So I think it goes without saying this is going to hit too close to home for Gibbs.
But what these early episodes have done so well is explore Gibbs, and through him, explore the characters around him. Because this story isn’t just about Gibbs, we know that now.
And if the pictures are to be believed, we’ll get to explore not just how Gibbs feels about what’s going on, but how it affects other characters too—always a good thing for a show that’s meant to be an ensemble. And if we can especially get more Vera and Mary Jo, that would be great. Let’s start rounding out the cast and make sure we know and love everyone.
