We’ve been paying attention to everything that has to do with the upcoming A24 movie, Famous. The whole idea of Zac Efron playing duel leads is intriguing, but also the cast is phenomenal. Besides Efron, the cast also includes Phoebe Dynevor, Nicholas Braun, Stephanie Koenig, Debby Ryan, Mekki Lepper and Cory Michael Smith.
There are now more additions to the cast. Daniel Zovatto and Bill Pullman has joined the cast. Though we’re not sure what role they are playing, but hey, we’re going to watch.
The movie is being adapted from the novel by New York Times bestselling author Blake Crouch and examines the role of celebrity and all the things that people will do to be famous. Efron plays both Lance Dunkquist, a stan type fan and Hollywood hot dude, James Jansen.
The movie is currently being filmed in Los Angeles, and being directed by Jody Hill.
