If you’re in Los Angeles and looking for something to do on December 14th, we have a suggestion. It’s festive and it supports a great organization – The Ed Asner Family Center, which provides resources and community for families of children with special needs.
Joey King posted on her Instagram about an upcoming live reading of It’s A Wonderful Life. King wrote on her Instagram stories, “Happy holidays everybody! I just want to tell you that on December 14 at the Garry Marshall Theatre, I will be doing a live reading of It’s a Wonderful Life with some other really cool people with the Ed Asner Family Center, which is an organization that supports neuro-divergent individuals. It’s such a beautiful cause and we’re going to have such a great time.”
The event will take place on December 14th at the Garry Marshall Theatre, and will be hosted by Tom Bergeron. Presented as a “Live Radio Play,” the live reading includes the cast of SpongeBob SquarePants, including Tom Kenny, as well as actors Mark Hamill, Ron Funches and Joey King.
It will also be available to watch via streaming. Get your tickets here!
