Chicago Fire Season 13, Episode 9 ‘A Favor’ will solve the Cruz cliffhanger and, from the look of it, give us a nice Severide storyline and some time with Mouch—all things we will not complain about. The Cruz storyline is something we particularly want to see solved, because it kept building last episode and it feels like it’s the kind of thing that, at this point, the show cannot just drop. And yet it’s also the kind of thing we don’t want to become too big. We like Cruz safe, please. A scare is good, but nothing else, thank you.
As for the rest, with a big crossover coming in a few weeks, we want everyone safe until then, particularly because we get the feeling the crossover is going to make us suffer either way. We’d rather not suffer beforehand. However, it also feels like if we get some good Mouch and Severide and even Cruz content before the crossover, it might not be then that we have to worry about come crossover time. Which leaves us with… eh… Carver? Novak? Violet? Ritter?
We’re concerned either way.
