When it comes to the fandoms that we love, it is rare that we ever give up on them. We’ll follow them from the beginning to the end and then when it ends, we’ll follow the actors from onto their next project. For me – that is The Way Home. I, like so need answers when it comes to The Way Home. We all need to know if there will be another season.
I will argue that season three of The Way Home has been the best season yet. There hasn’t been a bad season, but the third season has given us so much. There have been so many things from this season that we’re going to need to answers to and I am not sure that they can lock that up in one more episode.
I am so excited that the fandom knows that they want to make their voices heard ahead of time to let The Hallmark Channel know that the fandom needs another season. I think the fandom would be happy if we could preemptively sign for a few more seasons. 2-3 more maybe?
There is a fan petition going around and has surpassed its 1500 signature goal. At the time of writing this – the petition has garnered close to 6000 signatures on Change.org.
The petition reads, “The Way Home is a beloved television show airing on the Hallmark Channel, well-regarded for its captivating storyline and character development. Despite vast popularity, its future now hangs in the balance as Hallmark has yet to announce season 4. According to Nielsen ratings, The Way Home has consistently delivered strong viewership since its inception, which only illustrates its potential for success and cultural impact (Source: Nielsen). By renewing The Way Home for season 4, Hallmark would not only be satisfying its loyal fan base but also perpetuating quality TV. Let’s show Hallmark Channel the fervent support for this show. Please sign this petition and help us advocate for the renewal of The Way Home for a fourth season.”
