Now that we’re more than halfway through the first season with The Hunting Party Season 1 Episode 6 ‘Arlo Brandt’, we have a few things to say. We look forward to the show every week. It’s not boring. It’s not entirely predictable. Oliver continues to be messy, and Hassani is stubborn in letting up on his investigation into him and the military. Both men are treading across dangerous waters. Bex has been hesitant to dive headfirst with either man which we’ve appreciated. It’s important to stay suspicious of things you don’t fully understand. We don’t know the whole picture yet.
Therefore, if you stopped watching after their first episode ‘Richard Harris‘, you would’ve missed the natural pull of getting hooked on the story. It gets better every week as the drama within the team’s dynamics and the intensity of serial killers increase over time.
The Hunting Party Season 1 Episode 6 ‘Arlo Brandt’ proves our point. The team will come face to face with escaped inmate, Arlo Brandt, a killer with a God complex who evolved from hoarding materials into hoarding his victims in locked cages. If he’s anything like Doctor Ezekial Malak in The Hunting Party Season 1 Episode 4, Brandt’s twisted savior mentality will have our team eager to find his victims as quickly as possible. Brandt’s triumphant “It’s time” to his right-hand man means no good for the people who are being kept in those cages.
Additionally, this means there’s another race against the clock for the team as they try to overcome obstacles to stop whatever he has planned. Furthermore, there’s turmoil waiting for the team around the corner in every direction they look in the form of the attorney general, Oliver, and his military connection. There’s a lot of unknowns to find answers to. Which is nice to keep the tension alive as we near the end of the season.
