If you’ve been around here long enough, you know that when it come to procedurals, we’re going to give every single one a chance. That doesn’t mean that we’re not aware of the fact that most likely our hearts are going to be broken, because most likely – it’s going to get taken away from us.
We said what we said. And we don’t regret that were skeptics, even if we wish that it didn’t have to be that way. We’re begging that we don’t have our hopes and dreams and faith in humanity destroyed again. These two shows – we want to watch.
What shows? Boston Blue and Sheriff Country. The only reason that we’re late on reporting this is that we don’t watch March Madness and hadn’t see this until now. CBS used the allure of March Madness and all its viewers to tease the upcoming shows.
Yes, yes, it’s only spring, but we’re not going to get mad that someone makes us excited for things that will hit us this fall.
Boston Blue – well – It’s a spin-off of Blue Bloods and stars Donnie Wahlberg. We’re (me) still a little bitter about Blue Bloods cancellation, but are excited to see Danny Reagan taking on crime on the streets of Boston. I am kinda excited to see how this is going to happen – Danny moving to Boston – because the Reagans are a New York institution.
Actor Donnie Wahlberg posted the teaser on his social media, captioning it, “So excited to carry on the tradition, to share so many surprises, to answer some unanswered questions and to welcome all of you — to #BostonBlue! And then there was the 10 second teaser for Sheriff Country and well… 10 seconds was not enough. The show is headlined by Morena Baccarin and had a backdoor pilot last season on Fire Country. Cause yes, you guessed it, Sheriff Country is a spin off of Fire Country.
While we don’t have a premiere date for the shows, we know it’ll be in the fall. We’re counting down for that.
