9-1-1 Season 8, Episode 13 “Invisible” sees one of our own taken hostage. Well, at least that’s what we think from the promo for the episode.
In the promo for 8×13, Hen enters a hostage situation on a bus after the perpetrator stabs someone. And things go from bad to worse if we take into account the photos for “Invisible.” In those pictures we see the 118 and Athena looking on worried, with no Hen in sight. But wait, there’s more! Because the synopsis makes us dread what possible NDE (near death experience) Hen is about to head towards with: “After the 118 responds to several calls from the same person, Hen steps in to offer them advice.” And all of this comes after a lovely dinner with Buck cooking for Athena, Bobby, Hen, and Karen.
Back in Texas, Eddie is seemingly on his way to confronting his parents when it comes to Christopher. Things thawed a little between Eddie and Christopher in 9-1-1 Season 8, Episode 12 when Chris brought back the PS5. And Eddie being there for Chris during a chess competition is a step in the right direction. That’s bound to bother Eddie’s mother Helena, who is always ready with a barb to put her son down. But maybe Eddie will finally tell her what he’s feeling, because Eddie looks lighter than he has in months.
