When it comes to DOC, we know that there will always be a lot of surprises. That is the nature of a procedural – surprises all the time and trying to figure out what is happening. This season of DOC is going to keep us on our toes. But after last nights episode of DOC, we have to take a stance that there is someone worse that Dr. Richard Miller. We’re looking at you, Joan.
It’s pretty sad that someone is worse than him.
If you remember Dr. Miller – he was the villain of season one. Played by Scott Wolf, Dr. Miller was not only a doctor, but also a devoted father who wanted to make sure that his son was okay. BUT – he did get fired for covering up the fact he caused someones death.
Deadline reported that Wolf was set to return for a multi-episode arc. Wolf will be playing the same role as previously – Dr. Miller.
“We always knew when Richard got fired that would never be the last of him,” Doc co-showrunners Barbie Kligman and Hank Steinberg said in a statement, “But no one expected him to come back to Westside like this — least of all Amy.”
We’ll be interested to see how Amy takes him being back. I don’t think that she’ll be too happy.
We’ll have to wait and see. DOC airs Tuesdays on Fox.
