Chicago P.D. Season 13, Episode 7 ‘Impulse Control’ returns to a scary figure from just a few episodes ago, Raymond Bell. And though we were sure when Episode 4 ended that we would indeed see Bell again, it’s almost shocking to see him back so soon and presumably escalating. Voight really seems to think so, at least.
But the most interesting part of this episode might not be if the bad guy is really escalating, or even if they end up managing to catch him this hour, but who will take the focus in the hour other than Voight. The last two Voight episodes have featured a great deal of Eva Imani. Will that be the case again? She was with Voight when alarm bells first went off about this guy, after all.
