That’s right, there’s no new Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, or Chicago P.D. tonight. One Chicago is taking a mini break because of the Olympics. But when are the shows returning, and what can we expect when they return?
Well, the question has an easy answer. The One Chicago franchise will be returning on Wednesday, March 4th, for another big crossover event. Yes, all three shows together. As has been the case with most crossovers, Fire and Med will flip times, with Chicago Fire airing first at 8/7c, then Chicago Med at 9/8,c and Chicago P.D. at 10/9c.
And it’s not just any crossover, either. No, this one is bringing back two iconic Chicago P.D. characters whose arcs never really got closure: Jay Halstead and Hailey Upton. Did anyone say Upstead happy ending? We got Manstead, so can we collect the set?
So, that means we still have three weeks to go, with the One Chicago franchise being off on Wednesday, February 11, Wednesday, February 18, and Wednesday, February 2,5 and returning the first week of March. Seems like a long time, but at least we get a crossover at the end of it!
Plus, there’s a trailer for that crossover. Which, like, is not making us concerned or anything. We’re calm and casual here. You can check it out below:
