9-1-1 Season 9, Episode 11 ‘Going Once, Going Twice’ features a charity bachelor auction for the LAFD, which almost sounds like the kind of thing you read in fanfiction (I’d read it) and not like the kind of thing that we thought we’d get to watch on the show. Jury’s still out on whether the show can come close to the heights fanfiction could take us with that premise, though.
We also have to solve the Chris issue, and by issue, I mean “kidnapping,” that probably isn’t a real kidnapping, but the trailer sure tried to make us worry. And let us be absolutely clear, we won’t take anything happening to Chris. Not one hair on his head must be harmed. He better be happy and calm, and Eddie can remind him about “stranger danger” later, but after we know that this is nothing. Please, and thank you.
