NCIS Season 23, Episode 16 ‘S.O.S’ brings back Rocky Carroll, albeit only in the director’s chair. The hour also promises to send Jessica and Nick into the great outdoors, something Jessica handles pretty well and Nick not so much. Very in character.
Other than that, we don’t know too much about the episode, other than we probably won’t get anything of the larger plot that the show is going to end the season with. Not yet. This is the calm before the storm. We’d better enjoy it.
