What is Red, White & Royal Wedding About?
If Red, White & Royal Blue was about Alex and Henry falling in love, its sequel, Red, White & Royal Wedding will explore what happens after the fairy tale. life. In an interview with VMAN, Taylor Zakhar Perez shared that “Alex is in a committed, real relationship with Henry, he’s graduated from law school, and he’s more self-aware and more settled in his identity. The big questions aren’t about figuring out his sexuality or hiding anymore; they’re about what comes next in life, love, career, and the world around him.”
So the story will dive into the realities of building a future together while balancing royal expectations, public pressure, and personal ambition. It also sounds like the movie will allow Alex and Henry’s relationship to mature in ways we’re eager to see.
And, although the title excited us, the wedding involved belong to Princess Beatrice, Henry’s younger sister. We love Bea since the first movie and we expect royal drama and some family tension at her wedding. At the same time, the celebration will be the perfect backdrop for Alex and Henry to confront the next chapter of their relationship.
