Love Love, “follows a struggling tennis phenom who falls for a charismatic local ball boy at the US Open. Their unlikely romance just might be the spark she needs to make it to the finals.”
Tapped to star in the film are two familiar faces.The first? 1883 star Isabella May. She’s earned (and rightfully so) praise for her role in Taylor Sheridan’s 1883 on Paramount+ and the narrator of 1923. She will also star in the upcoming film, Scream 7.
Second is Reminders Of Him star Tyriq Withers. The actor is set to star and exec produce the Amazon MGM Studios’ rom-com.
The movie comes from writer-director Joey Power, co-writing with Daniel Sweren-Becker. Power will direct the film. Producers will include Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum and 3 Arts Entertainments’ Ari Lubet and Jonathan Berry producing. Executive producing are May, Power and Alyssa Altman.
No word on a release date, but the movie is set to film this fall in New York.
