NCIS Season 24, Episode 4 ‘Like and Subscribe’ is a hard episode to predict, because after heavy focus on Tony in the first two episodes and a Torres-centric episode in 3, it should surely be time for someone else on the team. But this doesn’t really seem to be the kind of episode that focuses on anyone, and the only clue we have of something outside of the case involves Tony.
What Tony is facing seems kinda obvious to me; I believe there’ll be some issue with Tali’s school. Does that mean we’ll get to see or hear from her or Ziva? I’m still convinced they have to bring them in at some point, but I don’t think they’d bring Ziva back without heavily hyping it, so probably not yet. Perhaps it’s an excuse for Tony to bond with Jimmy, who also has a teenage daughter. Or maybe we get a minute of Tali.
And hey, can Tony ask about Jimmy’s relationship with Jessica while we’re at it? That storyline has gone nowhere for too long, and we all know Tony’s the kind of nosy friend who would ask.

Sometimes NCIS will do this thing where they’ll give you a decent amount of pictures, but they’re all from basically the same two scenes. This is one of those cases. That means we’ve got nothing other than some people who are probably involved with the case in some way and the team with the body of the week. But hey, at least Jimmy got to go out of the lab!
Synopsis
It’s hard to know exactly what this episode is about, because the promo focuses more on Parker and Torres, with Tony also thrown in there, but the pictures give us more of Knight and McGee. Might just be the elusive team episode that’s mostly about the team, but that moves some pieces on the board forward.
The synopsis doesn’t give us much, teasing that “when a sailor moonlighting as a contestant on an online game show turns up murdered, the team discovers his death has nothing to do with the show’s prize money,” and only adding one line about something not case-related, which is “Tony faces a threat far more intimidating than any killer.” So, like Ziva? Or Tali? Or… both?

A lot of Tony here, as with every promo lately. It is good that he’s talking to Jimmy, at least. But between this and the pictures, we still have no idea what the underlying personal issue of the week is, so we’re going to guess it’s about Tali because it’s about time Tony’s life outside the office came into focus. Also, he hasn’t mentioned his daughter!
