Shows like these and many more coming out of Asian countries like Thailand and Taiwan makes one believe there still might be a chance for people to be in love.

This show has to be one of my favorite British LGBTQ shows. I love how well Nick Nelson is played by Kit Conner. I still can’t wait for the next season while gushing over his red-flushed cheeks and peculiar English accent. I love how the show keeps relatable themes of teenage romance and goofiness and friendship while navigating serious issues like mental health and eating disorders (which, by the way, Nick and Charlie navigated just right).
Some of my favorite scenes of the show have to be the one where Charlie tells Nick, ‘I love you,’ while he was in the shower, only for Nick to realize moments later, run barefoot with wet hair, and meet Charlie halfway, with the song by Tom Odell playing in the background
I was so obsessed with this show last year that I used to go to certain scenes, replay them back and forth and watch and then tell my friends about it. In return, my friends were worried that i turned into a lesbian or something (lol)—the show does show lesbian teen romance quite distinctively.
Season three was my favorite and I really cannot wait for season four, and it is safe to say I am its biggest fan.
