Law & Order: SVU 24×22 “All Pain is One Malady” is an episode with a very difficult job to do, but it mostly pulls it off.
Law & Order: SVU 24×21 “Bad Things” does a good job of balancing cases new and old. But the personal, character-driven stuff…not so much.
Once you get past the overly-long opening sequence, Law & Order: SVU 24×20 “Debatable” is neither groundbreaking nor terrible. Fine by us.
Law & Order: SVU 24×19 “Bend the Law” manages to do something that the series hasn’t lately: actually make two (seemingly) at-odds parts fit.
Kelli Giddish is returning as Detective Amanda Rollins at the end of SVU season 24 and Organized Crime season 3. And we have…thoughts.
Law & Order: SVU 24×18 “Bubble Wrap” basically exists as an excuse for Mariska Hargitay and Michelle Gomez to be onscreen together. It’s fine.
Law & Order: SVU 24×17 “Lime Chaser” focuses on Detective Churlish, which is a good thing. But a lot of the story…is not.
Law & Order: SVU 24×16 “The Presence of Absence” is the kind of episode you wish were, well…absent. No, seriously. What did we just watch?
In our exclusive interview with Ryan Buggle of Law & Order: SVU fame, we discussed the atmosphere on set, standing up to bullies, and more.
Law & Order: SVU 24×15 “King of the Moon” features star/director Mariska Hargitay and guest star Bradley Whitford at their very best.
Law & Order: SVU 24×14 “Dutch Tears” is proof that this series wasted Ice T and his character Fin Tutuola for many years. But not here.
Law & Order: SVU 24×13 “Intersection” is mostly strong but suffers, in every aspect of the storytelling, from a complete lack of subtlety.
Law & Order: SVU 24×12 “Blood Out” is a difficult episode to grapple with. Overall, no, it isn’t a good one. But…how about that EO scene?
As a second chapter of a trilogy, Law & Order: SVU 24×11 “Soldier Up” both does what it needs to do and…doesn’t.
Law & Order: SVU 24×10 “Jumped In” is quite the 2023 kickoff. Some parts work, others are head scratchers…and one piece is way unnecessary.
Maurice Compte spoke with us about what’s behind his Law & Order: SVU character’s methods, the BX9 case, “icon” Mariska Hargitay & more.
For 2022, we present to you Elliot Stabler’s (totally real) Christmas shopping list to help him get his life in order.
Law & Order: SVU 24×09 “And A Trauma In A Pear Tree” is somewhat of a baffling mid-season finale. Great Rollins exit, bizarre everything else.
Law & Order: SVU 24×08 uses the case of a murdered trans woman to try to show that people can grow and change. In 2022…?
Law & Order: SVU 24×07 “Dead Ball” is one of those episodes that’s great for your typical weekend “TV’s broken — only plays SVU” marathon.
