Rita Wilson and Lyndsy Fonseca are ready to hit one out of the park. The actresses have been tapped for guest roles on the upcoming Fox drama, PITCH.
Wilson will play Andra, a specialized psychiatrist who the team brings in to meet with Ginny. We can’t even imagine the pressure that Ginny is under. A woman in the majors and the pressure that she’s under. Hell, we wouldn’t even know what to do. Our psychiatrist would be on speed dials.
Fonseca is Cara, a waitress who befriends Ginny. Ginny’s whole life seems to be about baseball. It’s always been about baseball. So how does she act like a normal person her age? One that’s not in the spotlight? Cara to the rescue for that predicament.
Pitch premieres September 22nd on Fox.
