New ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Character Posters Released

D23 was the gift that kept on coming, what with a whole slew of information, new pictures of our favorites, and yes, Star Wars: The Last Jedi character posters.

And the posters look very, very – is disturbing the right word? Well, at least they look in accordance with the times we’re living in. And hey, if there’s a franchise that knows a thing or two about rebellion, it’s Star Wars.

The posters, which feature a deep red and the bodies – yet not the entire face – of our main characters: Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Kylo Ren, Rey, Finn an Poe, come after the trailer was released at SWCO a few months ago.

Expectation was high about new Star Wars information at SDCC, but the franchise is skipping the convention this year, so this D23 information might be the only teases we get for a while.

Episode VIII was written and directed by Rian Johnson, produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Ram Bergman and executive produced by J.J. Abrams, Jason McGatlin, and Tom Karnowski.

What do you think? Love them? Hate them? Are you shaking in anticipation? What’s your favorite poster? Share with us in the comments below

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is scheduled for release on December 15th, 2017.
