We’re not going to lie…we’ve been counting down the days until Valentines Day 2018 arrives. And not because we want romantic dinners, roses and chocolate (although those would be nice too) but because we are anxiously awaiting the final installment of the Fifty Shades trilogy hitting theaters world wide. Spending the most romantic day of the year with Christian Grey is a tantalizing concept, and we are all about it.
To help whip (pun intended) us into a frenzy, trailer teasers have been hitting the internet sporadically in anticipation of the day 02/14/18. But today topped it all off with the full length trailer, and it is more than we could have hoped for.
But of course for those who follow the series, we know it isn’t all sunshine and roses with a touch of whips and chains. The tenor changes quickly to car chases, secret figures and drama we come to expect from E.L. James and her infamous story. The trailer does a wonderful job in preparing audiences for what is to come, and for those of us (myself included) who have a tendency to want film adaptations to stay as close to the book as possible, so far I am pleased.
The previous films have been met with rave acceptance from the already established fanbase and if this trailer is any indication, they will be finishing off the films with the same excitement.
The final film in the Fifty Shades installment hits theaters February 14, 2018.
