Well, we have a date for Winter. Or kind of. Either way, it is coming, and we have a better idea of when.
HBO really likes messing with our minds, don’t they?
But hey, at least we know something. The final season of Game of Thrones is coming our way next April. That narrows it down, a little bit.
And it also makes us worry. We don’t really want it to end, but boy, do we want to know HOW it ends. Isn’t that the eternal conflict, though? How do we say goodbye to a show that has entertained us for so long? How do we move on? And, can anything every really satisfy the expectations so many people have placed on this ending? We might never get the books, after all, so this might be all the ending we get.
I’m not exactly sure, but we all better start getting ready for it. We have a little over five months. Anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears.
For now, check out HBO’s announcement that, of course, contains NO NEW FOOTAGE, because why would they give us anything? Typical.
Every battle.
Every betrayal.
Every risk.
Every fight.
Every sacrifice.
Every death.
