‘The Mandalorian’: Boba Fett to Appear in Season 2

The original bounty hunter is coming to The Mandalorian season 2.

Yes, that’s right, Boba Fett will appear in season two of the Disney+ series. The news was first reported by THR.

But that’s not all. For fans of the saga, there comes more fun news, as the character will be played by Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in the Star Wars prequel Attack of the Clones. Jango Fett is, for all of you who are not as geeky as me, Boba Fett’s “father.”

And yes, the word “father” needs those quotation marks, because technically, Boba Fett is Jango Fett’s clone (which explains why the same actor can play both roles), who Jango raised as his son.

That’s Star Wars for you.

Boba Fett is not expected to have a large role in season 2 of The Mandalorian.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian is still slated to premiere on Disney+ this October.
