I have a fascination with the idea of New Mutants, I’ll admit it. It almost feels to me like the movie doesn’t exist, or shouldn’t exist, or it’s cursed, or all of the above, even if they contradict each other. So, I was prepared to spend money on a movie I wasn’t even that interested in, just because I wanted to be there to sort of prove it was real.
But not now.
Like, seriously, this movie has already had enough bad things happen to it, did they also need to release it now? In the middle of a pandemic? Who’s even gonna step out of their house and go to a movie theater right now? Who?
If you are going to, please don’t tell me.
Point is, they released some new posters for the movie we were sure didn’t exist at this point and we’re not going to go see now because we’re smarter than that, so yes, enjoy those since you can’t enjoy the movie.
