It’s spooky season, which means it’s the perfect time to learn more about the upcoming season of Legacies. Deadline exclusively reported that Ben Levin (Hulu’s Turkey Drop) has been promoted to a series regular for Season 3. Levin has appeared on 13 episodes over the course of the first two seasons.
Levin plays Jed, the Salvatore School’s resident werewolf Alpha. He made his debut on Legacies Season 1 Episode 4, “Hope Is Not the Goal.” Jed has had quite the journey from the arrogant bully he was before. Levin’s promotion gives way for Season 3 to delve into Jed’s character even more.
Season 2 saw Jed become a member of the Super Squad and even friends with some of its members. Legacies Season 2 Episode 11, “What Cupid Problem,” is a fun episode to revisit for Jed & the Super Squad content.
Season 2 of Legacies was supposed to include a musical episode, as reported by TV Guide. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen as planned because production shut down early. Julie Plec’s recent tweet teased that Salvatore: The Musical is still happening and Levin’s Jed is a part of the musical festivities.
Needless to say, we are extremely excited about all of this news. Even the official Legacies Twitter account joined in on the fun! With Leo Howard and Ben Levin as series regulars, the Legacies cast keeps getting bigger and better. We can’t wait to see what other news we get about the upcoming season of Legacies.
