Over the course of this year, I have become more and more obsessed with music. I feel like I am learning more and more about it and experimenting with different kinds.

One person’s music who I have really grown to appreciate is Sofia Carson’s. I will admit that I don’t always take Disney actors’ other projects very seriously, but Demi and Selena have taught us all that is the worst way to think.
Sofia is a talented actress and to be blunt, her music is quite good. The 27 year old just released new music, “Guess I’m a Liar”, and it is definitely serving up greatness.
“It’s this story, this anthem of heartbreak survival and the triumph of self love,” Sofia shared. “My favorite lyric is in the pre-chorus when it says, ‘Promised I would love you till the day I die, but I’m still alive, so guess I’m a liar now.’”
“It kind of happened quite beautifully that the last record that I released was about heartbreak, and now that this song that I’m coming into is about survival,” she added while on the Zach Sang Show, “It’s like a beautiful story and it’s very much something that I’m really passionate about too, and you guys know I’m all about empowerment and that stuff, so it worked out.”
