The name of the show is Superman & Lois, but if you’ve only watched this trailer, you’d be forgiven for thinking this was a show about Superman’s family legacy, or something, with his wife as a recurring character, at best.
Because if there’s one thing the show trailer is missing is, well, Lois.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I’ve watched plenty a Superman origin story. Read me some comics. Binged some animated series. If I was interested in this new go at telling this story it was because it was supposed to feature Lois in an equal position as Clark/Superman.
That’s not what we’re seeing so far. And, of course, the trailer could be misleading. Trailers often are. But that would still mean they think this is the way to sell the show, and that is still concerning, at best.
