True story, I was once at a storage unit in North Hollywood and people were moving a bunch of stuff out. I looked at all these beautiful gowns and boxes being removed and I saw a box that was marked “Elle Fanning Fan Mail 2017”.
I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many celebrities in my life, but never Elle. However, that day I grew to have so much respect for her because she keeps the things that her fans send her.
That tells me a lot about what her fans mean to her.
I have, however, met her sister, Dakota, who has always been very kind and sweet.
The sisters are Hollywood royalty and brilliant actresses. Their movie, The Nightingale, has been highly anticipated because they are starring in the WWII drama together. But due to the pandemic, we will be waiting a little longer to see it.
The movie is an adaptation of Kristin Hannah’s international bestseller. It is, “set on the eve of World War II and follows the sisters’ struggle to survive and resist the German occupation of France. The story was inspired by the courageous women of the French Resistance who helped downed Allied airmen escape Nazi-occupied territory and hid Jewish children.”
The movie had been moved to December 22nd of this year, but Sony has chosen to move the film to December 23rd, 2022.
