I don’t know if it is his acting or his accent, though it is probably both, but I am obsessed with Hugh Jackman. I love watching his movies and am excited that he was reunited with his The Greatest Showman co-star Rebecca Ferguson.
The movie they are in together is Reminiscence and here’s the synopsis: “Nick Bannister (Jackman), a private investigator of the mind, navigates the darkly alluring world of the past by helping his clients access lost memories. Living on the fringes of the sunken Miami coast, his life is forever changed when he takes on a new client, Mae (Ferguson). A simple matter of lost and found becomes a dangerous obsession. As Bannister fights to find the truth about Mae’s disappearance, he uncovers a violent conspiracy, and must ultimately answer the question: how far would you go to hold on to the ones you love?”
Thandiwe Newton, Nico Parker, Angela Sarafyan, Cliff Curtis, Marina de Tavira, Daniel Wu, Mojean Aria, Brett Cullen, and Natalie Martinez all co-star in the film.
Reminiscence will debut in theaters on August 21st. It will also debut on HBOMax that same day where it will be available for 31 days on the streaming service.
