Some may say it’s because I have no romance in my life and I would disagree, but hey – could be.
The movie, A Journal For Jordan, released its trailer and had me crying like a baby. Based on A Journal for Jordan: A Story of Love and Honor by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Dana Canedy, it tells the true story of Sergeant Charles Monroe King, a soldier deployed to Iraq who begins to keep a journal for his infant son. King was killed in Iraq in 2006, but his wife keeps all the letters in a book for their son, Jordan. Jordan was just 7 months old when his Dad died.
Dana was married to Sergeant King.
A Journal For Jordan is set to be released on Christmas Day.
