Do you talk in your sleep? I’ve been told that I do from time to time, but no one can distinguish what I say. Being as I don’t ever remember my dreams – I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing.
But I don’t think that anything I say could be as interesting as what Camila Cabello hears in the middle of the night. She was on James Corden and of course sleeping habits came up as you know that’s what happens.
Side note: we’ve never seen that happen.
Camila was open though and ended up talking about what her boyfriend, Shawn Mendes may say in the middle of the night.
“He’s always sleep-talked, but it happened a lot during the pandemic because we were going to sleep together every night, that I stay up a little longer than he does, I’ll be on my iPad or reading or whatever. He just, like, is one of those people who as soon as he gets into bed is just like five minutes later… Like, mid-sentence, he’ll be like ‘And I—’ and I’ll be like….” Camila started.
She continued by saying, “I would be like reading or something and he would just like start sleep-talking and it would scare the shit out of me because he’d just be like, ‘Baby… That… Feels…. So… Good…’ and then he’d go back to sleep.”
I would wake my boyfriend up so fast and be like what the fuck are you dreaming about? I would expect some answers really quickly and if he didn’t have them – well, he’d be on the couch until he did.
She added, “That is the first thing he ever said when he slept-talked, by the way. I was like, ‘Thank you? I’m not really doing anything right now, but thanks.’ But he would just say random things like that. Can you imagine somebody opening their eyes, looking at you, but you know they’re asleep? Like? Can you imagine the terror of that?”
I couldn’t imagine, but I am glad that it’s something that I have never had to deal with in my life.
What would you do if your boyfriend said something like that in the middle of the night? Would he be on the couch?
