Dangerous Liaisons started this past week and you know that we love a period drama. And one of the reasons that we love the show so much is that the cast is phenomenal.
And one of our favorites, Kosar Ali. The young actress (she’s all of like 19) is a BAFTA nominated actress, but legitimately one of the chillest people that I have ever encountered. She’s not let fame go to her head.
And trust us when we say that she’s got a long career ahead of her. She overtakes the screen with every scene that she is in, sure. But it’s her openness and not taking things too seriously that are everything for us.
The actress loves her job, but we love that she was able to teach us about food in our interview. Vinegar on noodles isn’t our thing, but we did try as she suggested. Maybe we just had the wrong kind of vinegar?
In Dangerous Liaisons, Ali plays Victoire, who is Camille’s (Alice Englert) cohort and friend. She takes no bullshit and is protective of her friend. It’s the characters no nonsense attitude that makes us love her so.

Alice Englert and Nicholas Denton portray the notorious lovers: Camille who is taken in by the current Marquise de Merteuil navigates her own path in a world of men, using the power of secrets to take back control, and Valmont who will stop at nothing to regain his title that was recently taken from him.
