We’re all hyped for next week’s Outer Banks Season 3 premiere, and now we have even more reasons to be excited — as Netflix confirmed today that Season 3 would not be the end of the Pogues. Live from the stage in Huntington Beach, CA at Netflix’s Poguelandia, cast members Chase Stokes (John B.), Madelyn Cline (Sarah), Madison Bailey (Kiara), Jonathan Daviss (Pope), Carlacia Grant (Cleo), Rudy Pankow (JJ), Austin North (Topper), and Drew Starkey (Rafe) surprised fans by announcing a Season 4 renewal. Fans were also treated to a special nine-minute preview of Season 3.
“Seeing Poguelandia come to life was nothing short of spectacular. The Pogues are enjoying an adventure of a lifetime, and we now get to map out more twists and turns as the joyride continues into season four of Outer Banks. Thank you to Netflix, our cast, and the amazing fans who helped to make this happen” said co-Creators / Showrunners / Executive Producers Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke, who are set to return for Season 4.

No Season 4 details have been released as of yet, and none are expected until Season 3 premieres next week — mostly because, spoilers! But we can say we were already hyped for everyone to watch Season 3, and now we’re over the moon.
Here’s to going full Pogue!
Outer Banks Season 3 will premiere on Netflix February 23rd.
