Netflix has all kinds of reality shows that are questionable, at best, but The Ultimatum is its own brand of …okay, what are we even watching, from like, the get-go. The title says it all. You’re going on TV to give your partner an ultimatum. Not exactly healthy relationship material right there. And then you’re just, going to try with other people while delivering this ultimatum.
It makes absolutely no sense. At least Love is Blind pretends it’s about love, okay! At least it pretends!
But we will probably be watching this trainwreck too because we like trainwrecks, what can we say?
You can check out the trailer for Season 2 below:
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Returns with five new couples on the verge of getting married. One partner in each couple will issue an Ultimatum. In Just over eight weeks, they must make a decision to get married or move on. In the experiment, each person will choose a new potential partner to see what a trial marriage would look like before making their final life-changing decision.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 2 launches August 23rd, only on Netflix.
