Or, at least we hope so. The One Chicago franchise is set to make its return to NBC on October 4th at 10ET/PT. But we’re not getting all the episodes, no. Instead, we’ll be getting a rotation of some of the most compelling episodes from last season. The thing is, we’re not sure who’s deciding what the most compelling episodes are! Maybe we won’t agree?
But in a way, we almost don’t care. It’s been way too long without One Chicago on our TV screens. Even if it’s reruns, we’ll take it. And hopefully, soon, SAG-AFTRA will get a good deal, like the WGA did, and we can get new episodes again.
In the meantime, first off we have Chicago Fire, for four consecutive weeks. After that, it’ll be Chicago P.D.‘s turn, and then Chicago Med‘s. Not all episodes have been announced, but we do know which the first two will be.
