NBC has made some early renewals and we’re not mad about this one. The network has renewed The Irrational and Found for a second season.
Now you know we’re fans of both shows. The first season of both shows have not let us down. Yes, we’ve been hungry for scripted content, and both shows had quite a few episodes filmed before the start of the season, which had us tuning in. We could/can handle only so many game shows and reality shows.
So both were given an advantage, but we believe that they can hold their own so we’re definitely excited for these renewals.
Found is about, “public relations specialist Gabi Mosely (series star and producer Shanola Hampton) — who was once herself one of those forgotten ones — and her crisis management team now make sure there is always someone looking out for the forgotten missing people. But unbeknownst to anyone, this everyday hero is hiding a chilling secret of her own.”
The cast of Found includes Shanola Hampton, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta and Karan Oberoi.
The Irrational follows world-renowned professor of behavioral science Alec Mercer (Jesse L. Martin) as he lends his unique expertise on an array of high-stakes cases involving governments, law enforcement and corporations. His insight and unconventional approach to understanding human behavior lead him and the team on a series of intense, unexpected journeys to solve illogical puzzles and perplexing mysteries.
The cast also includes Maahra Hill, Travina Springer, Molly Kunz, and Arash DeMaxi.
The Irrational has aired seven episodes and has four more to go. The final four will air starting on Monday January 29 at 10pm.
Found has aired nine episodes and has two more to air before the end of its season. The final two episodes of the season will air when it returns on January 9th.
Do you watch either? What are your thoughts? Are you excited? Do you love the shows?
