Sometimes, you just know that a movie is going to be great. Sequels are always a scary thing, but sometimes, you just know it’s going to be a great one. How? It’s judging by the cast that signs on to do the film.
With the cast that is signing on for Knives Out 3 – we’re betting our socks that it is going to be great.
Earlier it was announced that Josh O’Connor and Cailee Spaeny had joined the cast of the film. As if these two aren’t great enough, they are starring opposite Daniel Craig. Those three names – you know that people will be watching.
But now two more names have been announced and we’re firmly seated and paying attention.
Actors Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Andrew Scott and Glenn Close have joined the cast of the upcoming film.
Plot details for the third move are unknown (which we love), but we do know that the script was written by Rian Johnson. If we’re thinking about it, we know that it’s definitely going to be good. How do we know? Because the first two were outstanding and with these two, how can they be bad?
Johnson previously took to Twitter (refuse to call it X) and had confirmed that the movie is about to go into production.
“I love everything about whodunnits, but one of the things I love most is how malleable the genre is. There’s a whole tonal spectrum from Carr to Christie, and getting to explore that range is one of the most exciting things about making Benoit Blanc movies,” he wrote.
He then said, “We’re about to go into production on the 3rd one and I’m very, very excited to share the title, which gives a little hint of where it’s going.”
Rumors are that the movie is set to begin production in June. Are you looking forward to Knives Out 3?
